Not sure if GPS will get you close. Google does not. I-90 to exit 42 for NY-14 South to US-20 East to NY-14A Southm go about 14 and 3 quarter mile to NY-54A South, go about 3 and a half miles to W Lake Rd, which will turn into Central Av, go just over 3 quarter mile to Gravel lot on left. (Park on road and call 607-749-0050) to unload from road. Gravel lot is across from JMW Recreation and Athletics Center. They will direct you to back up on the dead end road because the telephone wires are too low to get under.
