Best way in is I-90 East to I-86 East toexit 14 for US-62 South into Warren PA. as you get close to Warren you will have 4 lane down to 2 lane, once you become 2 lane go about 3/8 of a mile to 5th St. and turn left, go about half mile to Lookout St. and turn left, go about eighth mile on right, drive past the building to the 1st drive on right for docks.
