I-40 to exit 51 for Alt US-25A North, go about 3 quarter mile and look for sign for Care Partner, go left (Airgas building on right) soon as you go left go right you may not even be straight and have to go right and follow up hill, when drive goes left stay to the left to the left side of building to the Kitchen area. (Before heading towards building you must back in)(Get out and take a look before backing in or going to building once up the driveway) (It's the side of building closest to Sweeten Creed Rd) (have to tailgate and two wheel it into building)
