I-95 north to exit 19 (Packer Ave) stay to the left on ramp, once on Packer Ave. get into far left lane and make a U-turn at the next street left to go back on Packer Ave East Bound, go to 3rd St. and turn right their 1/2 block down on left. Can sleep in street, make sure you have a good paddle lock if spending the night I-76 east to exit 350 fo Packer Ave. turn left on to Packer Ave. off exit go to 3rd Street turn right, down on left. I-76 east to exit 350 (Packer Ave.) last exit for PA, go left on Packer for 1 mile go right on 3rd by the PNC Bank, go 100 yards driveway on left.
